THE PASTOR OF THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH IN VYBORG WRITES AS FOLLOWS. (HE HAS GIVEN US PERMISSION TO PUBLISH HIS LETTER.)

Greetings from Vyborg. I hope all is going well with you. I just wanted to share with you how your training is affecting our church in a very positive way. First of all our leadership team as well as all ministry teams are now using glad tidings for their study time, and everyone shares that they love it so much because these studies help them meet Jesus personally. This is what new believers as well as mature Christians are saying.
Also we have done the training of 12 more leaders, who are going to lead those groups from the beginning of September. It is so neat. We have adopted the program as the official follow up plan for the events that we have in our church. We actually gave up big events this year, and decided to concentrate on the Glad Tidings' groups in order to really get the grasp of them.
It is amazing how a two days' training goes a long way. We are all very grateful to you, and are really willng to have more training that you have to offer whenever you can do that.
All the books that we got from Vladiostok are being sold now since we have so many leaders of groups, and each one wants to have a personal copy.
Oh, one more good thing. Remember the guy, who talked all the time when we tried out the group? He actually led a couple of discussions, and I was there to see how he did that. He has really learned and did a great job. Of course no one is perfect and he could improve some more, but I am glad that he is not a lost case that he could be with his love to talk and lead monologues instead of discussions.
Hope to hear from you and hope you are enjoying the summer. God blesss you and take care.
Andre Furmanov (for all of the grateful Vyborgers, too)
